I spent the majority of my childhood moving from country to country, settling into new cultures and new schools, giving me a unique and open-minded perspective of the world, yet a desire to find a constant. Once static, I searched for meaning in my life, which ultimately took me towards my cultural roots. Bhakti yoga and pranayama were always a large part of my upbringing, allowing me to gain an understanding of mantras, types of breath work, and mindful meditation.
As I started learning about the wellness space I started seeing gaps in the industry, including high fees, unethical practices, capitalism, and inauthenticity. This pushed me to learn more about the foundations, understand how it all began, and slowly start integrating the learnings into my everyday life before eventually taking my teacher training.
Now I am is a personal coach, a yoga and meditation teacher, an independent writer, as well as a lifelong learner. As I develop my own passions and purpose, I hope to continue making an impact through intentional mindfulness, self-discovery, and ethical living. My latest endeavour has me learning all about the principles of Ayurveda so I may include it as an offering.
