Yoga is more than an asana practice. It is more than a form of meditation. It is more than a stretch to your limbs. It is simply a way of living.
I was first introduced to the concept of yoga, meditation, and breathwork by my parents, who practice pranayama (breathing exercises) to this day. However, as rebellions go, I resisted the teachings until I was ready to accept it all on my own in 2012. Since then yoga has become a crucial part of my every day life and has shaped how I see the world around me.
Along with teaching yoga, I also help companies develop wellness programs, as well as lead workshops on workplace wellness and mindfulness.
Qualifications: RYT-200 and YACEP 55-Hour Yin Yoga Training
Public class: Every Wednesday at 5:15pm at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel. Room details are posted on my Facebook Page every week. $10 drop-in or $40 for five classes!
Private class: Please contact me to schedule a one-on-one session or a group class. Prices vary to suit your needs!
Workshops: These can be held through one session, or ongoing as required.
