Mindfulness Coaching

As a coach, I help you reflect on your past goals as well as create a path allowing you to set intentions for the days, months, and years to come. My approach to coaching has elements of mindfulness and focus on your foundation – building your core values, allowing you to accept yourself, and then designing the best way for you to achieve personal and professional success.

My sessions can be one-on-one, or in groups. A storyteller at heart, I also enjoy speaking at conferences and companies where I engage my audience through humour and raw discussions.
