My approach to yoga and meditation starts with building a foundation and understanding the benefits of the practice. Learning with me is a continuous journey with ups and downs, alignments and falls, but all while focusing on the breath. I aspire to make my sessions accessible to all and have experience working with all age groups and levels.

  • Hatha Yoga: A traditional practice focusing on physical postures and breath control to harmonize the body and mind.
  • Yin Yoga: This involves holding passive poses for extended periods to target deep connective tissues and promote flexibility and relaxation.
  • Vinyasa and Power: Dynamic styles that synchronize breath with a continuous flow of movements to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
  • Meditation: A practice of focused attention and mindfulness to achieve mental clarity, emotional calmness, and inner peace.
  • Pranayama and Breathwork: Various breathing techniques to enhance respiratory function, increase energy levels, and promote mental and physical well-being.

Along with teaching yoga and meditation, I also help companies develop wellness programs, as well as lead workshops on workplace wellness and mindfulness.
